At Kendriya Vidyalaya Bhikiwind, we endeavor to provide students a conducive and inclusive learning environment and develop physically, mentally, intellectually, emotionally, and morally strong and balanced individuals. We aim to sensitize individuals towards Social Welfare, Environmental Conservation, and Sustainable Development and organize various activities and programs for the holistic development of students. Also, we work constantly towards the empowerment of teachers and help them meet the demands of changing times. I would always encourage my students to see dreams, set their goals, help them excel, and succeed. There is no alternative to hard work. In the Bhagwat Gita, Lord Krishna Said “Karmanye Radhika rate, Ma phaleshu katakana”. A person should be focused on his actions with complete sincerity and dedication without thinking of the results and if our students understand and adopt this in their lives, no one can stop them reach their goals. Failures are the stepping stones to success and we make our students face the fallbacks, retain their strengths again, and work with more energy and power. As a Principal, I shall always support my teachers, students, office staff, parents, and others stakeholders so that - • Pressure is converted to Pleasure • Depression is converted to Passion • Thinking is converted from Convergent to Divergent.
